Arrival & Departure (Check-in/Check-out)

Presential Check-in should be from 2 p.m. until to 6 p.m . Any check-in outside these hours must be by prior arrangement only. If this is the case, please contact us. For legal and security reasons, we will keep the personal data of each rooms’ occupants. For the check-in, the rooms’ occupants should have an ID with photograph. In no case, can the maximum occupancy of the room be exceeded. Occupied rooms have to be vacated by 12 a.m. of the day of departure. If the room is not vacated at 12 a.m., we are entitled to charge 50% of the full room price for the day of departure. If the room is vacated after 2 p.m., the full price will be charged.

Confirmation

Reservations via e-mail, phone or in person will only be valid after the credit card data: name, number, expiry date and security number is provided. Credit card details are required to confirm bookings and will be taken as an acceptance of our terms. Only credit cards authorized by the card holder will be accepted (if the card holder is not available, then proof of authorization must be given at time of booking). Your booking is deemed as confirmed once you receive a writing confirmation. When confirmed, your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way. Payment La Cles Deluxe Suites is only responsible for payments of its services; bookings made via Online Travel Agencies and other partners are subjected to their regulations. All accommodation payments should be paid by credit card.

Cancellation

All cancellation will be charged. All the reservations are Non refundable Changes to original bookings are subject to availability but will incur no administration fee. All children are welcome All children under 2 years are free of charge. All persons under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times. Crib, hight chair, baby tub , are available only upon request and must be confirmed at time of booking. Pets Pets are allowed but charged depending on the size. Only small or medium size petsarre accepted after a mandatory advance notice to La Cles Deluxe Suites. Small pets are charged of 15 € par night, medium size are charged 20 € par night.

Guest Behavior

Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with La Cles Deluxe Suites procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of La Cles Deluxe Suites , its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of La Cles Deluxe Suites , or cause offense to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the house if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. In this case La Cles Deluxe Suites shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred. The use of any rooms’ objects, tools, utensils or textiles outside the room is not allowed. In case of any damage or stolen object, La Cles Deluxe Suites has the right to charge the respective value from the credit card used in the reservation. The guest is liable for all damages which incur in the occupied room and in the house either caused by him, his guests or any other persons he is responsible for. We ask the guests to make as little noise as possible from 10 p.m. until 9 a.m.

Safety Rules

Please take into consideration the basic safety rules in order to prevent fires and other accidents that could endanger your health as well as the neighbors and other guests. Guests should also take all necessary precautions to prevent theft. It is advisable to check if all doors and windows are closed before leaving the premises. For your own safety, please pay special attention to the front door of the building and ensure that this is always properly closed. For those with a vehicle, it is essential to not have visible items inside the vehicle even if it is parked in our private parking.

Payments

We accept credit cards Euro/Mastercard, JCB, Discover, Visa, Diners Club, Maestro, UnionPay. Cash payments are accepted and can be made only in Euro. We do not accept checks as payment.

Liability / SpecialInformation

Information La Cles Deluxe Suites is entitled to terminate the agreement without prior notice if the guest use the rented room for another purpose that does not meet the requirements outlined in these Terms & Conditions. The claim to payment of the agreed room price in the amount of the booking will remain. Although La Cles Deluxe Suites has endeavored to ensure all information in its advertising material is correct at the time of printing, it reserves all rights to alter, replace or withdraw any service, facility or amenity at any time, without notice if necessary. La Cles Deluxe Suites will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any property left in the house. Guests are welcome to use the free wi-fi provided, but we will not be held responsible for any loss of service or damage to guest computer data. La Cles Deluxe Suites is not responsible for any damage to customers’ or visitors’ cars parked in our parking. Under no circumstances should the room be sublet. No liability will be assumed for money or valuables. Unless negligence by La Cles Deluxe Suites is proved, it will not be held liable for injury to person, or damage to any property of any customer or Booking Conditions Reservations made are subject to availability of accommodation and payment confirmation. To confirm the reservation, the guest must make the respective payment, as foreseen for each accommodation. All prices include VAT at the legal rate in force. Guests will be invited to fill in an Accommodation Bulletin which is of the utmost importance for the preparation of their stay. The Accommodation Bulletin will request, in particular, the time of arrival, the total number of people staying. so that we can provide the right amount of bed linen and bath towels – as well as mandatory information within the scope of foreigners and border services. Guests must indicate the exact number of people in the Accommodation Bulletin. The number of guests specified in the reservation cannot exceed the number of guests present in the accommodation. If the number of guests exceeds the limit, the accommodation reserves the right to require guests to leave the accommodation without any compensation or refund of fees paid. The Accommodation cannot assume any responsibility for the incorrect or non-completion of the Accommodation Bulletin. All items found in the accommodation belong to the owner and must not be moved or removed from the property during the stay. Maintenance and special orders Any and all problems within the accommodation (eg electrical problems, equipment malfunctions, water leaks) must be immediately reported to the host by email or telephone. Depending on the issue, resolution can take up to 72 hours, or longer if relying on third-party services. While respecting guests’ privacy, our team reserves the right to access the accommodation at any time, if necessary, for inspections, repairs and emergencies.
